We offer FREE shipping for orders CAD 85 and more. We ship to Canada and the U.S. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Shipping to Canada:

• Free curbside delivery in Oakville on select products
• Special Promotion: Choose free curbside pickup (Oakville location) at checkout and receive a complimentary handmade macrame keychain with a traditional Turkish evil eye bead. 🧿 It's our way of saying thank you for shopping local! 
• Expedited (3-9 days): CA$15
• Xpresspost (2-5 days): CA$26
• Expedited (3-9 days for orders CA$300+): CA$36

Shipping to United States:

• Tracked Packet (5-7 days): CA$26
• Expedited Parcel (4-8 days): CA$34
• Tracked Packet (3-9 days for orders CA$300+): CA$46

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Turkish Towels Etc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
