Turkish coffee is one of the oldest brewing techniques, which is a method of preparing very finely ground unfiltered coffee. This traditional Turkish copper coffee pot, also known as "cezve" makes delicious Turkish coffee.
Cezve is a small long-handled pot with a wide base and a narrow top, and a pouring lip, designed specifically to make Turkish coffee. The long brass handle looks elegant and is particularly useful for pouring the coffee.

How to Use Cezve:
Mix 2 teaspoons of finely ground Turkish coffee with 1 Turkish coffee cup (demitasse) of cold filtered or bottled water and add sugar (if you are using any) in cezve, gently until well combined.
Place cezve on low heat and let it cook for a while, stirring two or three times. When it is right about to boil and foams rise, remove it from heat. Never let it boil. Pour it slowly into the cup so that the bubbles remain safe. Serve with a glass of water and Turkish delights on the side.
